Whilst the weather was dry, we fitted the Le Mans 24 transfers/stickers.
The side stripes are being refitted but I removed them to get some slightly longer ones made up.
New stripes applied.

Final checks involved setting the tyres pressures to 28 psi all round and topping up the engine oil level to the top mark on the dipstick. Set off with a full tank of fuel to drive to Ashford. Left home with 209,284km on the dash. It was raining when we left and raining when we arrived at Ashford. Had applied Rain-X to the windscreen which helped a lot.
Drove down to Le Mans. No issues :-)
We could smell brake dust and checking the rear right wheel it was clearly hotter than the other. The rear right brake caliper had seized. We jacked up the car and removed the caliper, freed it up and cleaned and lubricated all the bits we could get to. That seemed to fix it.
Filled up with fuel several times on the way home. Still not sure how far we can go on a tank of fuel but managed 270 miles, which is the most so far. Drove home with the roof down all the way as it was a lovely sunny day. Checked the right rear wheel regularly but it remained cool and we had no further issues with the caliper.
Arrived back home with 210,763km on the dash. That's 919 miles at an average of 35mpg. The engine oil level was unchanged at the end of our trip too :-)
Some of the roads in and around Le Mans were bumpy and parking was often on rough gravel. All the shaking around highlighted that the suspension refresh is definitely needed. The window mechanism in the driver's door is making noises again.
Removed all the transfers and cleaned Yoko inside and out.
Decided to get all of the calipers fully refurbished and painted red at the same time. It's not worth messing about when it comes to the brakes. I also have a set of HEL braided brake hoses (also in red) to go on Yoko.
Removed all four brake calipers, so they can be sent off to Bigg Red Ltd and refurbished.
New EBC YellowStuff pads for the front and rear.
